Dumporijo PS Case No. 12/2016 U/S 302 IPC

On 8/07/16 a written FIR was received at Dumporijo PS from Shri Tater Nuk of Nuk village, PO/PS - Dumporijo that on 08/07/16 at around 0600 hrs his labours namely Shri Bir Bdr Lama and Shri Manju Chetry fought each other as a result one Manju Chetry succumbed to his injuries at Nuk village and Bir Bdr Lama fled away.

With prompt and quick action I/O Inspr Talo Rebi and his police team of Dumporijo PS arrested the accused Bir Bdr Lama on 08/07/16.

Daporijo PS Case No. 30/2016 U/S 333/302/34 IPC

On 04/07/16 a written FIR was received at PS Daporijo from Const Phochang Yanchang guide of CRPF night patrolling party that on 03/07/16 at around 2230 hrs when he along with CRPF Jawans were night patrolling duty at Daporijo township, suddenly two persons namely Shri Rukdar @Tadar Motu and Shri Jhon Esso were intercepted for creating nuisance near Daporijo Hospital. When CRPF Jawans tried to chase them away, suddenly one of the person Rukdar @Tadar Motu attacked the Jawans and inflicting injuries on two of them namely Const Dibakar Das and Const Sangam Sagar with a sharp knife. Later on Const Dibakar Das succumbed to his injuries at District Hospital Daporijo and Const. Sangam Sagar admitted there.

On the conjoint effort and prompt action SI W Kamhua I/O of Daporijo PS and his party apprehended the juvenile conflict with law John Esso ,16-17 yrs, and Shri Rukdar @ Tadar Motu was arrested on 04/07/16.

Daporijo PS Case No. 22/2016 U/S 302 IPC

On 18/06/16 a written FIR was received atd Daporijo PS from Shri Kiara Rigia of Rigia village, PO/PS – Taliah, camp Golden market Dapodijo that on 18/06/16 at around 1700 hrs his sister- in – law Smti Gane Rigia, 38 yrs was brutally murdered by one Shri Opak Mara with a knife at Golden market Daporijo.

With quick and concerted efforts I/O of the case SI W Kamhua and his police party of Daporijo PS arrested the accused Opak Mara on the same day.
