Brief of incident:

He laid his life while encountering with a group of terrorist on June 13th, 1997 in Balijan, PS Itanagar, District Papumpare. He was sent on escort duty with SP/ District Sh. Pranab Nanda, IPS. His supreme sacrifice on duty while fighting with terrorists and protecting his senior officer on the cost of his life, made him everlasting Hero of Arunachal Pradesh Police.

2. Cash reward of Rs.20/- for visit of VVIP HH Dial Lama at Miao granted by SP Khonsa on 21/4/1983.

3. Cash reward of Rs. 25/- for excellent performance to catch the notorious culprit granted by SP Daporijo on 15/12/1986.

4. Cash reward of Rs. 40/- with CC-II for outstanding work done in connection with seizure of Indian made foreign liquor at Shantipur check gate on 7/10/1990 granted by SP Roing on 11/2/1991.

5. Cash reward of Rs. 75/- with CC-III in connection with working very sincerely and honestly on 29/5/1991 granted by SP Roing.
