Brief of incident:

He laid his life while escorting Bank remittance from SBI Roing to UBI Chapakhowa (Assam) in an encounter with a group of terrorist on January 8th, 1988 in Roing. His supreme sacrifice on duty while fighting with terrorists, made him everlasting Hero of Arunachal Pradesh Police.
